Ji7's Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ji7 platform and all its services. They have been established by the entity providing services through the ji7.vin website, mobile app, and other digital channels.

These terms and conditions were last updated on January 1, 2026. ji7 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and any changes will be published on the platform.

Age Requirement & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on ji7. ji7 reserves the right to verify the age provided at registration. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be closed immediately.

Number of Accounts and Accuracy of Information

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited. All information provided at registration — including name, address, and date of birth — must be accurate.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, ji7 may request proof of identity, proof of address, or payment method verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

Deposits on ji7 can be made via mobile banking, direct bank transfer, or approved e-wallet methods. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method — see the deposit page for details.

• You must use only payment methods registered in your own name.
• Using another person's account or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly. If a delay occurs for any reason, it will be resolved within 24 hours.
• Ji7 reserves the right to decline any deposit, particularly in cases involving suspicious transactions.

KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals (BDT 50,000 or more) may be subject to additional verification.
• Withdrawing bonus funds requires the applicable wagering requirement to be met.

Ji7 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before accepting any offer.

Wagering Requirements

Withdrawing bonus funds typically requires meeting the applicable wagering requirement. For example, a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount. The wagering terms for each bonus are listed on the bonus page.

• Multiple bonus offers may not be active at the same time.
• Bonuses must be used within a specified period after being claimed — any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• If bonus abuse or system manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Ji7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

All games on ji7 are powered by internationally certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Every game outcome is entirely unbiased and unaffected by any external factors.

• If a technical error causes inconsistent results, ji7 reserves the right to void the affected game round.
• If your internet connection is lost, the outcome of any active bet is safely recorded on our servers.
• The game provider's rules always apply and are supplementary to these terms and conditions.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.

Ji7 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Ji7 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
• Direction from a court or regulatory authority.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (no activity for more than 12 months).

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. Any valid balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned through the appropriate process.

Ji7 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. Any disputes regarding the Terms will be resolved through the relevant legal authorities.
